DEVELOPMENT PERSONNEL

Without the coaching staff and the volunteers, we simply couldn't run the development programme. Their help is invaluable, and we're always looking for helpers in other areas.

Our coaches are all CRB checked, and most have undergone Child Protection training. We are putting them through first aid courses this year and their continual development as coaches is of high importance to us. We aim to give coaches as much experience and access to training as possible.

Our volunteers fill crucial roles within the structure and do a fantastic job. From team managers to driving the minibuses, from treasurer to organising referees and table officials, social secretary and sorting out fixtures of all the teams, these are just a few of the roles that people have helped us with over the past few years.
