Welfare Officers are essential to the running of the club and
provide the players with someone to talk to about any concerns
they may have.
They were first introduced last season as part of our Clubmark
application, but they play such a large role that we wanted
to keep them in place for the future (though no-one felt the
need to use them!) |

of our biggest areas of expenditure each season, minibus hire
for games needs co-ordinating closely. |

this sounds like a lot of fun, it also has a serious side. Responsible
for organising fundraising events such as pub quizzes etc. Will
also arrange the Christmas party and end of season presentation
evening. |

for ordering the team clothing - hooded sweatshirts, t-shirts,
shorts, training tops, etc |

Responsible
for the smooth running of each of the teams. Sorting out any
problems that may come up, ensuring registrations, club forms
are filled in, and player (and parent) contact details are kept
up to date.
Liaising with the Fixtures Secretary, the Referees Secretary
and the Treasurer on a regular basis to ensure everything is
ok. |
