UNIVERSITY OF PLYMOUTH - RAIDERS BASKETBALL ACADEMY

The University of Plymouth sits in the heart of the City of Plymouth. It has a huge range of degree subjects on offer, and has a strong record and external recognition of excellence in teaching and research.

Through Raiders's coaches working with the team, the University of Plymouth basketball team have achieved some fantastic results in 2008/09 and two of the players are regular contributors with the Raiders II team playing in EB's National League Division 2.

Sports scholarships are available for students at the University who play basketball at national league level. This includes funding up to the value of £1,500 and help with strength & conditioning, nutrition and achieving nationally recognised qualifications."
